• Messages, topic interests, committee, and timeline you share with us
• Which resource, briefing, or program you requested
• The page on our site where the form was submitted

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

• Respond to briefing, speaking, and program inquiries
• Deliver requested resources and educational materials
• Send periodic Director Nexus briefings if you subscribe
• Improve the content and structure of our educational programs

If you subscribe to our newsletter or request a resource, we may email you periodic updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe option. We do not sell or rent email lists.

Form submissions are stored in our managed backend infrastructure. We may use standard analytics tools to understand aggregate site usage. Payment processing, when applicable, is handled by a regulated third-party payment provider; Director Nexus does not store full payment card details.

You can request a copy or deletion of information you have submitted by emailing hello@directornexus.com. We do not sell personal information.
