Director Nexus was founded by Aleesha Webb — a former bank president, sitting bank board director, and former Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis CDIAC advisor. Her career spans bank leadership, board service, and the operational reality of running a regulated institution.
She teaches boards what she has lived: how decisions get made, how examiners read the record, and what a director needs to understand before voting yes.
